Annual V.I.P. Fee (Mandatory Student fee)

VIP (Voucher Incentive Program) is a fundraising program that uses the buying power of people to raise funds for VCA . The funds raised through the VIP Fee are used to cover the rising costs of running VCA - salaries, supplies, equipment and costs for the facilities.

The Annual VIP fee of $250 is divided into three postdated payments dated November 1st, February 1st and May 1st. You can "earn" back your VIP fee payment by purchasing gift cards through the VIP program. 50% of all profits earned by a family above the annual fee of $250 will be given back in the form of a tuition reduction rebate towards the next school year's tuition fees.

Voucher Incentive Program

Major retailers have agreed to provide a discount based on volume purchases of gift certificates. Individuals can purchase these gifts certificates at face value through the school and use them for their everyday household purchases instead of cash. Groceries, gas, entertainment, gifts and clothing can all be purchased with gift certificates.

The gift cards come in a variety of denominations for your convenience. For every doallar you spend,
a portion will be given to VCA. It takes a little effort on your part to reap great rewards for our school!

Who Can Participate?

Anyone can participate: families, friends and relatives. The more people involved increases the earning potential for each family's earnings and thus for the school. What a great opportunity for extended family, friends and neighbours to help support the students of VCA and the school...and the best thing is that it doesn't cost anything more than the purchase of a gift card.

When you complete an order form please ensure that you put the Family Code (student name) at the top of the form as this information cannot be changed "after the fact". Once the code has been entered into the system for that particular order, it cannot be changed. This ensures that the proper family gets credit for your purchases. If no family code is entered then 100% of profits earned will go directly to VCA.

How do I purchase the gift cards?

Drop off orders anytime Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Orders are placed on Monday, with delivery generally by Thursday afternoon.
We are located in the new Receptionist office just inside the main entrance of VCA

How can I pay for gift cards?

Payment may be made using cash, cheque, visa or debit.

Will Gift cards be available for me to purchase to use right away?

This is currently under review and we will update this by September.
